The new ID card contains an electronic signature. This means that any citizen, wherever he or she is, any entrepreneur will be able to access state electronic services online, without queues at institutions, without a power of attorney, without the need to have a Moldovan phone card. “This is good news for all Moldovan citizens, both in the country and in the Diaspora,” Dorin Recean said.
