The Constitutional Court of Moldova at a meeting on Friday acknowledged the results of the snap parliamentary elections and approved the mandates of the elected MPs.
In the new parliament, the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) will have 63 MP mandates out of 101, the electoral bloc of communists and socialists - 32, and the SOR Party - 6 mandates. After the results of the elections have been approved by the Constitutional Court, the President of Moldova must convene the new parliament for its first, constituent meeting.
