
In Moldova, about 3,200 families benefited from the voucher program for household appliances during the IV session of this year
According to the Ministry of Energy, the EcoVoucher program provides for the transfer of used appliances for recycling, which promotes the reuse of recyclable materials and the proper management of electronic waste. Citizens can check the availability of vouchers by visiting the platforms verificarevoucher.cned.gov.md or compensatii.gov.md. As a reminder, the Voucher Program for Household Appliances was developed by the Government of Moldova with the financial support of the EU. This stage of the program is being implemented by the National Center for Sustainable Energy within the framework of the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy for Moldova (E4M) project. The E4M project is implemented by GIZ together with the Moldovan government, financed by the German government and co-financed by the EU, Norway and Denmark.
