
Moldovagaz reported possible errors in the distribution of gas compensations, which will be eliminated next month.
Moldovagaz informs that it has finished calculating and distributing invoices for the natural gas consumed in November of this year. According to the company, there are cases when the level of social vulnerability of some consumers, indicated in the payment documents, differs from the status set by the government through the platform www.compensatii.gov.md. In this situation, the company invites consumers to pay the amounts billed in the invoices for November. At the same time, the financial discrepancies identified during the next days/weeks will be taken into account as an advance payment, after which the recalculation will be included in the invoices for December, which will be sent to consumers in early January. In case the consumers have additional questions, they can call the Moldovagas Contact Center at 1304 or address the Consumer Center located in Chisinau, 64 Puskin str., as well as to the commercial representative offices of the company in the regions of the country. Vadim Ceban, chairman of Moldovagaz explained that the compensations will be paid according to the level of vulnerability indicated in the payment receipt for November.
