Electricity tariffs for Premier Energy and FEE Nord customers have increased five times since the beginning of 2022.

The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) regulations on regulated prices for electricity supply to Premier Energy and FEE Nord consumers were published in Monitorul Oficial (the Official Journal of Moldova) on December 2 and took effect, providing for another increase in electricity tariffs. Thus, for domestic consumers of Premier Energy, whose electricity installations are connected to the low-voltage (0.4 kW) distribution networks, the tariff increased by 23.9% - from 4.77 to 5.91 lei/kWh, and for domestic consumers of FEE Nord - from 4.81 to 5.60 lei/kWh (+16.4%). At the same time, for Premier Energy end consumers whose electrical installations are connected to high voltage distribution networks (35; 110 kW) the tariff increased by 22.1% - from 4.43 to 5.41 lei/kWh, and for consumers whose electrical installations are connected to medium voltage distribution networks (6; 10 kW) - by 29% - from 4.3 to 5.55 lei/kWh. For FEE Nord consumers, whose electrical installations are connected to medium-voltage distribution power networks (6; 10 kW), the tariff increased by 17.8% - from 4.2 to 4.95 lei/kWh. The cost of electricity at the points of entry/exit to/from the transmission grid was also increased: The tariff for electricity supply at the entry/exit points to the transmission networks for Premier Energy at the entry points increased from 4.13 to 5.24 lei/kWh, and at the exit points from the transmission networks from 4.28 to 5.38 lei/kWh, while for FEE Nord these regulated prices increased from 3.87 to 4.61 lei/kWh and from 4.01 to 4.75 lei/kWh respectively. The tariffs are shown without VAT.
