The Commission for Emergency Situations adopted this decision, obliging Premier Energy and Furnizarea Energiei Electrice Nord to send to ANRE a request for the adjustment of regulated prices for electricity supply within 1 working day from the date of signing new contracts for electricity purchase. At the same time, it is stipulated that the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) will review and approve the new tariffs for electricity supply to end consumers within 3 working days in deviation from the deadlines and procedures established in the Electricity Law, the Energy Law, the Law on Transparency in Decision-Making and the Administrative Code. Andrei Spinu, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development did not exclude the possibility that ANRE might issue a decision on the reduction of the electric power tariff for final consumers on December 6.
