The event brought together representatives of finance ministries of PEMPAL member countries, experts in the field of public finance management and international organizations to share best practices and analyze new strategic trends in this area. During the session, Victoria Belous presented the progress of our country in public finance management, focusing on the implementation of the Public Finance Management Development Strategy for 2023-2030. She mentioned important reforms implemented recently, including: the launch of the Information System for Registration and Evaluation of Public Investment Projects, the creation of the eVMS platform, the implementation of the National Program for the Development of Public Procurement System for 2023-2026.
