Such calculations are presented in the draft Law on Population and Housing Census approved by the government. The total budget for the census preparation, conduction and issuance of the final results is until 2026. The budget assumes the following main costs: 6% of the total budget). In particular, the training of census staff is estimated at 5.5 million lei (1.7% of the total budget).
