This partnership will support initiatives to identify and combat illicit trade in tobacco products, including through information exchange and training. The measures taken will contribute to increasing the effectiveness of the Border Police and strengthening national security. The head of the General Inspectorate of the Border Police, Ruslan Galusca, emphasized that any step aimed at reducing illegal activities at the borders is a direct benefit for citizens, both in terms of their safety and the protection of the state's economic interests.
