In Moldova, the period of registration of peasant (farm) households will be shortened and the certificate of their registration will be excluded.
This is provided for by the relevant amendments to the Law on peasant (farm) households, adopted by the Parliament in the second reading. The document was elaborated in order to unify the procedures of registration of legal entities by the Public Services Agency and to bring them in conformity with the provisions of the Civil Code. The bill provides for the exclusion of the certificate of registration of peasant (farm) households, and in order to confirm the state registration it will be issued a decision on registration. It is also proposed to replace the registration number with a state identification number (IDNO). At the same time, in order to properly maintain data on peasant (farm) households registered before January 1, 2023, it is proposed to assign a unified state identification number free of charge. Another provision of the draft law concerns the replacement of the concept of the head of a peasant household (farmer) with the concept of an administrator. // 02.02.2023 - InfoMarket
