AIPA has approved the payment of post-investment subsidies worth 32.5 million lei.

According to the press service of the Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA), with the entry into force of the Law on the State Budget for 2023, the payment of subsidies on applications received in 2022 has started. In particular, the payment of the first 32.5 million lei to agricultural producers through the mechanism of post-investment subsidies was authorized. It is noted that last year a record number of applications for financial support was received - 16.1 thousand, of which 67.3% - for post-investment subsidies, 24.6% - for partial compensation of excise taxes on used fuel, 3.4% - applications for project implementation through the Leader approach, 3.1% - direct payments for livestock, 1.3% - for the provision of advance subsidies to improve living and working standards in rural areas, 0.3% - advance subsidies for the implementation of a start-up project.
