Starting January 1, 2023, peasant farms are proposed to be registered not in mayoralties, but in subdivisions of the Public Services Agency.
A relevant legislative initiative was registered in the parliament. The proposed changes are expected to unify the registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, including peasant farms. According to the explanatory note to the draft, the competences for registration of peasant farms are still vested in mayors' offices, as there has been no alternative so far. Today, the Public Services Agency, which has a network of 43 territorial subdivisions and 13 unified service centers, is able to register all legal entities, including individual enterprises, which include farms. Registration of all entities in the Public Services Agency will eliminate the need for registration in the mayor's office with subsequent submission of information to the State Tax Service in order to register the taxpayer. // 16.05.2022 – InfoMarket
