
FlyOne Armenia (ICAO code - FIE) has been included in the list of airlines banned from operating on the territory of Moldova
The corresponding order of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, which came into force on February 19, includes a list of more than 130 airlines of the world. In particular, all airlines that were certified by the authorized civil aviation authorities in the following countries are under the ban: Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Congo (Brazzaville), Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Libya, Nepal, Russia, Sao Tome and Principe, Sierra Leone, Sudan. A number of companies from Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Suriname, and Iraq also came under the ban. This order of the Ministry was adopted in accordance with the annexes of the relevant regulation of the European Commission of March 22, 2006 and the latest amendments made on December 23, 2024.The previous similar order of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure of Moldova, adopted in 2018, has become invalid.
