AirMoldova is announcing a number of changes effective September 9 for the purchased flights canceled due to COVID-19.

So, in connection with the transition to a new booking system (Radixx), if you purchased an air ticket for an AirMoldova flight, which was subsequently canceled due to COVID-19, you can independently exchange the ticket for an electronic voucher on the website www.airmoldova.md. The voucher can be used to purchase a new ticket or additional services for any of the flights operated by the airline. In order for the unused amount to be converted into a voucher, you must send a request to voucher@airmoldova.md, indicating the name and surname of the passenger in accordance with the unused ticket; unused ticket number, which consists of 13 digits and begins with 572; booking code (if any), which starts with the letter "P" or "Q" and consists of 5 characters (letters / numbers); flight number (or direction) and departure date of the canceled flight; phone number. After the airline has processed your request, you will be sent a voucher number and PIN by e-mail. In the future, the voucher number and PIN-code can be used when buying an air ticket or additional service for any flight of the company on the official website www.airmoldova.md, for this you need to indicate the number and PIN-code of the voucher when completing the booking on the payment page. Due to the expected increased workload, it may take up to 5 business days to process your request. Requests not related to the exchange of air tickets for vouchers received at voucher@airmoldova.md will not be processed. // 09.09.2021 - InfoMarket
