It is emphasized that, given the significant increase in the number of vehicles, it became necessary to establish the exact number of transport units currently on public roads, as well as to determine the composition of traffic depending on the type of vehicle - cars, trucks, buses, etc. In this regard, a "census" of transport passing through the traffic intersection in the directions of Chisinau, Leuseni, Dubasari, Balti and Tiraspol was organized by installing video cameras to record transport units and photograph them using a drone. The statistical data obtained during this "census" will form the basis for the development of a study that will determine the ways of development and modernization of the transport interchange.
