In 3 districts of Moldova, there is a "red" code for the danger of the spread of COVID-19, in 23 districts - "orange", in 9 - "yellow".

On average, over the past 7 days, 171 cases of coronavirus infection have been registered per 100 thousand inhabitants (5574 cases per 3.25 million population), which corresponds to the "orange" COVID-19 spread hazard code. According to the National Agency for Public Health, in the municipalities of Chisinau and Balti, as well as in the Singerei region, over the past 7 days, the frequency of cases of coronavirus infection was 283, 494 and, accordingly, 256 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants. According to the approved scale for assigning the level of alarm in connection with the danger of the spread of COVID-19, the most stringent measures for the prevention and control of infection have been established in these settlements. In particular, catering establishments can work with the occupancy rate of closed halls of no more than 50% and open ones with a maximum capacity, and private festive events are allowed with the participation of up to 100 guests in closed rooms and up to 150 - in open rooms (when providing an area of up to 2 sq. m for 1 guest). In both cases, all visitors must present a COVID certificate. The activities of recreation areas and amusement parks, nightclubs and dance floors are prohibited, the organization of performances, concerts of open air festivals has been discontinued. Gyms must provide at least 7 sq. m per 1 visitor, while requiring a COVID certificate. Scientific meetings, conferences, seminars or other similar events with physical presence are only permitted online. Theaters, concert halls, cinemas can operate with a 50% occupancy rate, while all visitors must present COVID certificates. Public and private organizations are encouraged to transfer their employees to remote work whenever possible. At the same time, according to the National Agency for Public Health, from 108 to 235 cases of infection per 100 thousand inhabitants were registered in 23 regions of the country, respectively, they have rules corresponding to the "orange" code for the danger of the spread of coronavirus. In these areas, the COVID certificate is a mandatory document for access to sports centers and fitness rooms, to the territory of recreation areas and amusement parks, to scientific meetings, conferences, seminars, theaters, concert halls, cinemas, nightclubs, as well as to private festive events (the space used or the number of participants is limited). Catering establishments in the "orange" zone can work at full capacity in open spaces, and in closed spaces they are offered two options to choose from: the room occupancy by 35% and without any conditions, or by 75%, but all visitors must present certificates COVID-19. In areas with a "yellow" level of danger of the spread of coronavirus, a COVID certificate is requested when sports centers, theaters, cinemas, concert halls are full, when organizing concerts, festivals with the participation of more than 2,500 guests, optionally for private events, for example, if there are more than 300 guests indoors or 350 people outdoors. It is worth noting that less than 50 cases of coronavirus infection per 100 thousand inhabitants have not been recorded in any area of the country over the past 7 days.// 04.10.2021 — InfoMarket
