From October 5, the epidemiological card upon entry into Moldova must be filled out in electronic form three days before crossing the state border of the republic.
The Ministry of Health informs that persons arriving in Moldova will fill out the epidemiological card on the website https://fisa-covid.gov.md three days before entering the country. The Border Police, the National Public Health Agency and regulatory authorities will automatically receive all information about everyone entering the country. Thus, they can be monitored for compliance with the self-isolation regime and observation by a family doctor. Let us recall, according to the current epidemiological rules, persons who do not have one of the documents included in the COVID certificate (vaccination document, negative PCR test (done 72 hours before entry) or rapid antigen test (done 48 hours before entry), or a medical certificate of a past illness (between 15 and 180 days after infection), or confirmation of the presence of antibodies), must comply with a self-isolation regime for 14 days, which can be stopped after 7 days if a PCR test for COVID-19 is done or if the Ag SARS CoV-2 Rapid Diagnostic Test is negative. // 30.09.2021 – InfoMarket
