According to the real estate agency, for 9 months in 2022 average market value of 1 sq. m. of living space in the primary market of Chisinau amounted to 826 euros per 1 sq. m. against 662 euros per 1 sq. m for the same period last year. The most expensive real estate in the primary market is traditionally sold in the center of Chisinau, where the average price is 1190 euros per sq. m. (+19.4%). The cost of 1 square meter in Riscani was 870 euros (+28.6%), in Botanica - 853 euros (+23.2%); in Buiucani - 779 euros (+28.1%); in Ciocana – 720 euros (+30.5%); in the Telecentru – 710 euros (+23.6%); at Posta Veche – 535 euros (+23.2%). In the suburbs of Chisinau, prices in new buildings are significantly lower, although the growth rate exceeded the average for the market: for 9 months in 2022 1sq. m. has risen in price by 30% compared to the same period last year - up to 475 euros per 1 sq. m. For 9 months in 2022, 100 companies were engaged in the construction of new residential buildings in Chisinau, while the number of new facilities that are at various stages of construction has not changed - 180. Most of the new facilities are being built in Botanica and Buiucani - 36 in each, as well as in Ciocana - 34.
