According to the information of the Lara real estate stock exchange, in August, prices have not changed relative to the previous month and amounted to 670 euros per square meter. At the same time, compared to last August (526 euros) prices rose by 27.4%. Thus, in August the price of 1 sq. m. in 1-bedroom apartments at Botanica was from 763 to 880 euros, Buiucani - 810-826 euros, Center - 836-928 euros, Ciocana - 698-841 euros, Riscani - 824-873 euros. In August a square meter in a 2-bedroom apartment at Botanica cost 674-810 euros, Buiucani - 729-766 euros, Center - 754-835 euros, Ciocana - 638-764 euros, Riscani - 720-799 euros. The price of 1 sq. m. in August in 3-bedroom apartments was 544-603 euros at Botanica, 553-564 euros at Buiucani, 564-638 euros in the Center, 478-567 euros at Ciocana, 548-608 euros at Riscani. The price of 1 sq. m. in 4-bedroom apartments at Botanica in August ranged from 510 to 556 euros, Buiucani - from 500 to 516 euros, Center - from 512 to 585 euros, Ciocana - from 452 to 539 euros, Riscani - from 552 to 584 euros.
