According to Lara real estate exchange, in June 1-bedroom apartments at Botanica ranged from 763 to 880 euros, Buiucani - 810-826 euros, Center - 836-928 euros, Ciocana - 698-841 euros, Riscani - 824-860 euros. In June, a square meter in a 2-bedroom apartment cost 674-810 euros at Botanica, 729-766 euros at Buiucani, 754-835 euros in the Center, 638-764 euros at Ciocana, 720-799 euros at Riscani. In June, the price of one square meter in three-room apartments at Botanica was 544-603 euros, Buiucani - 553-564 euros, Center - 564-638 euros, Ciocana - 478-567 euros, Riscani - 548-608 euros. In June, the cost of 1 square meter in four-room apartments at Botanica ranged from 510 to 556 euros, Buiucani - from 500 to 516 euros, Center - from 512 to 585 euros, Ciocana - from 452 to 539 euros, Riscani - from 552 to 584 euros. It is worth noting that in the first half of 2022 the average real estate prices in the secondary market of Moldova increased by 17.5% - from 570 to 670 euros per square meter.
