The State Tax Service recalled that individual citizens and peasant / farm enterprises must pay tax on existing or acquired real estate / land before March 31 of the current year by the end of June. In the case of real estate and land plots acquired after March 31, the tax must be paid before March 25, 2023. Tax rates on real estate intended for housing and assessed by the cadastral authorities for 2021, local authorities could set within 0.05-0.4% of the taxable base of real estate, and for peasant farms - 0.1-0.3 % of the taxable base of real estate. For immovable property, the purpose of which is different from residential or agricultural, excluding garages and land plots on which they are located, and lands of gardening associations with or without buildings located on them, the tax rate is 0.3% of the taxable real estate bases. Notices of payment of real estate tax/land tax must be delivered to taxpayers by local tax offices within the mayor's offices by June 15.
