According to the Lara Real Estate Exchange, in May in one-room apartments the cost of 1 sq. m in Botanica ranged from 763 to 880 euros, in Buiucani - 810-826 euros, in the Center - 836-928 euros, in Ciocana - 698-841 euros, in Riscani - 824-860 euros. In two-room apartments, a square meter in May cost 674-810 euros in Botanica, 729-766 euros in Buiucani, 754-835 euros in the Center, 638-764 euros in Ciocana, and 720-799 euros in Riscani. In three-room apartments in May, the price of 1 sq. m in Botanica was 544-603 euros, in Buiucani - 553-564 euros, in the Center - 564-638 euros, in Ciocana - 478-567 euros, in Riscani - 548-608 euros. In four-room apartments in May on Botanica, the cost of 1 sq. m. ranged from 510 to 556 euros, in Buiucani - from 500 to 516 euros, in the Center - from 512 to 585 euros, in Ciocana - from 452 to 539 euros, in Riscani - from 552 to 584 euros. It is worth noting that in January-May 2022, the average real estate prices in the secondary market of Moldova increased by 17.5% - from 570 to 670 euros per 1 sq. m.
