According to Capital Imobil company, the tender organizer, 11 non-residential premises with an area of 2 to 350,8 square meters are to be leased for a term of 5 to 7 years. The initial cost of the lots is from 5 thousand to 675 thousand lei per year. The most expensive lots: a separate building in the Valea Trandafirilor park to accommodate a hall with slot machines (235 square meters) - 675 thousand lei per year; a building on Columna Str. 143, an area of 350.8 square meters - (235 sq.m.) - 675,000 lei per year; a building at Columna Str. 143, with an area of 350.8 sq.m. - 525,000 lei per year; a building in the Valea Morilor park of 100 sq.m. and one in Stefan cel Mare 132 - 400,000 lei each, etc. The cost of rent is calculated in accordance with the Law on State Budget and the decision of Chisinau Municipal Council. It is foreseen that part of the premises may be used for activities allowed in the "green areas", part of the premises - for educational activities.
