Five land plots located within the Chisinau municipality were sold at an auction for 21.7 million lei.

The Chisinau Mayor's office announced the results of the land auction for the sale and purchase of land plots in the built-up area of the municipality, which took place on May 20. The cost of the most expensive of the plots sold was 15 million lei (with a starting price of 10 million lei). Its area is 31 acres, the site is intended for the construction of a residential complex. In total, 13 plots for various purposes were put up for auction (for the construction of individual and multi-storey residential buildings, production bases, warehouses, etc.). The initial cost of plots put up for sale is from 0.4 million to 100 million lei. By decision of the tender commission, 7 out of 13 lots were withdrawn from the auction. Only one participant applied for one more lot, however, following the results of direct negotiations, it was not sold and will be put up for sale at the next auctions.
