According to the Euroimobil real estate agency, as of June 1, the average cost of 1 sq. m. in the primary residential real estate market in Chisinau was: in the Center - 1190 euros (+19.4% compared to the situation in October 2021); in Botanica - 853 euros (+ 23.2%); on Riscani - 870 euros (+ 28.6%); in Buiucani - 779 euros (+28.1%); in Ciocana – 720 euros (+30.5%); at the Telecentre – 710 euros (+23.6%); at Posta Veche – 659 euros (+23.2%).
