According to the real estate exchange Lara, in July 1-room apartments at Botanica ranged from 763 to 880 euros, Buiucani - 810-826 euros, Center - 836-928 euros, Ciocana - 698-841 euros, Riscani sector - 824-873 euros. In July, a square meter in a 2-room apartment at Botanica cost 674-810 euros, Buiucani - 729-766 euros, Center - 754-835 euros, Ciocana - 638-764 euros, Riscani sector - 720-799 euros. In July, a price of 1 sq.m. at Botanica was 544-603 euro, Buiucani - 553-564 euro, Center - 564-638 euro, Ciocana - 478-567 euro, Riscani - 548-608 euro. The price of 1 sq.m. in July for 4-room apartments at Botanica ranged from 510 to 556 euros, Buiucani - from 500 to 516 euros, Center - from 512 to 585 euros, Ciocana - from 452 to 539 euros, Riscani sector - from 552 to 584 euros.
