Chisinau municipality will hold another land auction within the municipality.

According to the press service of the Chisinau City Hall, the event will be held in the hall of the Center sector’s Prefecture (43, Bulgara Str.) on July 27. There are 11 plots of land from 0,004 up to 6 hectares, of different purpose: areas for owners of adjoining lands; industrial warehouses, dwelling houses, etc., put up for the auction. The starting prices for land plots range from 400 thousand to 100 million lei. Individuals and legal entities from Moldova, as well as foreign investors, may participate in the auction. Interested persons shall submit at least 24 hours prior to the auction, to the organizer Capitalimobil Agency, the following documents: application of an established form; extract from the State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (for legal entities); power of attorney (in case of participation through representative); copy of an ID document; a bank document confirming the payment of the initial sum of 10% of the initial price and participation fee.
