Residents of Moldova, government agencies and Moldovan companies pay for these resources and have no debts. By saving, avoiding waste and showing discipline, we will successfully get through this winter. Russia, through Gazprom, is trying to blackmail us, leaving people in Transnistria without heat and spreading disinformation, accusing its own subsidiary of debts that have been refuted by an international audit.
