In Moldova, heat tariffs for consumers of Termoelectrica and CET-Nord have been increased by 37.6% and 16.9%, respectively
This decision was made by the National Agency for Energy Regulation, taking into account the recent increase in natural gas tariffs. In particular, the heat tariff for Termoelectrica consumers has been increased by 686 lei (+37.6%) - from 1824 to 2510 lei per Gcal, and CET-Nord - by 307 lei (+16.9%) - from 1819 to 2126 lei per Gcal. The new tariffs will come into force after their publication in the Monitorul Oficial. It should be noted that Termoelectrica in its request to NAER asked to increase the heat tariff for its consumers by 740 lei (+40.6%) - from 1824 to 2564 lei per Gcal, and CET-Nord - by 793 lei (+43.6%) - from 1819 to 2612 lei per Gcal.
