Vadim Ceban, Chairman of the Board of Moldovagaz announced this, noting that such a forecast figure was included in the structure of new gas tariffs for consumers, proposed by the company for consideration and approval by the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE). The current tariff previously included an average annual gas price of $750.25 per 1,000 cubic meters, which is $231.34 (30.8%) higher than the currently proposed average natural gas purchase price for Moldova in 2024.
