The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy said this at a meeting in Brussels with Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Recean. According to the government's press service, the parties discussed the latest developments in the process of Moldova's European integration. As noted, our country's progress towards the European Union will be discussed in detail on June 4 at the 9th meeting of the Moldova-EU Association Council, which will be chaired by Dorin Recean and Kaja Kallas. "The government's priority is to become part of the large European family as soon as possible. For us, this means peace, stability and a good future for our children in our homeland," Dorin Recean said. For her part, Kaja Kallas reaffirmed her strong commitment to supporting the reform process in Moldova and the path to European integration of our country. In this regard, the impact of the Economic Growth Plan and the support provided through the European Peace Facility, which helps Moldova strengthen its security and defense institutions, was noted.
