The EU highly appreciates the evolution of Moldova's European integration process and will continue to support it to implement reforms - Kaja Kallas

The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission said this during a meeting with Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Recean in Chisinau. According to the government's press service, the sides discussed the EU's role and contribution in modernizing the road infrastructure, strengthening state security, building hospitals and providing quality medical services, creating better conditions in kindergartens and schools, as well as providing compensations for light and heat to all citizens. “The EU is more than a partner. It is a family that supports us when we need it and that helps us build a better present and future at home, in peace and prosperity,” said Dorin Recean. For her part, Kaja Kallas praised the developments on Moldova's European integration path, reiterating her constant support for the implementation of reforms and for keeping Moldova on the European agenda.
