
A business meeting dedicated to the development of online commerce in Moldova will be held in Cahul on November 28
The Alliance of Small and Medium Entreprizes of Moldova, in partnership with Inotek, with the support of the Future Technologies Activity (FTA), funded by USAID, Sweden and the United Kingdom, will organize a regional meeting in Cahul. It will be dedicated to the development of online sales and modern tools for organizing e-commerce. The meeting will be held in the format of a business breakfast, and the speakers will be entrepreneurs with extensive experience in online commerce. Thus, Victor Nistorica, the administrator and co-owner of Bardar Bakery, will tell about the development of online trade of the bakery. For 5 years of work under his leadership Bardar Bakery's turnover has increased 3 times, export to Romania, Germany and France has been organized, and the company's products are presented in more than 200 stores, including Kaufland and eMag. The second guest of the meeting was Sergiu Malai, the founder of Hermina brand. The company is known for using modern technologies in the production of knitwear products. Initially, the company started working in Romania, but later moved its production to Moldova. Now the company produces clothes for well-known European brands. Only in 2022, more than 5 thousand products worth 2 million lei were sold on the Hermina.md website, and today more than 20% of the company's sales take place through online platforms. Also in Cahul, Ion Gutu, CEO of Rivosmart and representative of GoMag in Moldova, who has more than 10 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, will share his experience. He advises companies on online sales and among his clients are the brand owners Granier, Dulcinella, Vitra, Hermina, Oratorica, EduJoc, Instrumente.md and others.
