Despite the difficulties, with the support of our development partners and the government, for which tourism is a priority, this strategic sector for any country seeks to survive and even grow, and wine tourism plays a special and very important role in this process. We will continue to encourage tourism, including wine tourism, and innovative experiences in this regard,” said Sergiu Prodan. The president of ITER VITIS - Les Chemins de la Vigne en Europe, Emanuela Panke, said that over the years, ITER VITIS has become a vital force in promoting and protecting the wine heritage of many regions. “We consistently support sustainable development and cultural exchange, and Moldova, with its strong European identity, is an important pillar of our network. Moldova is a beautiful country and I am happy to announce that we are celebrating both our anniversary and Moldova's entry into the ITER VITIS network. Moldova is a prime example of how a wine route can become a true part of a cultural identity. Moldova's commitment is remarkable. The Moldova Wine Route is not only a celebration of excellence, but also an expression of the country's rich history. We must continue to work for future generations and ITER VITIS has grown significantly over the years. In conclusion, I want to say that wine is more than just an alcoholic beverage; it is a culture, it is an identity,” said Emanuela Panke.
