The 3rd Moldova Cybersecurity Forum—the largest cybersecurity event in Moldova—will take place in Chisinau on May 12–13

This year’s Forum will be held under the theme “Regional Cybersecurity: From Commitment to Action” and will focus on discussing how strategic partnerships can be translated into concrete steps to strengthen digital security and protect critical infrastructure. Over the course of two days, international experts, decision-makers, and industry representatives will gather to discuss current challenges and opportunities in the field of cybersecurity and identify common solutions to enhance regional digital resilience. The first day will be devoted to strategic dialogue through a series of panel discussions on key cybersecurity challenges and opportunities. Discussions will highlight how states are developing their national security architectures, the role of government agencies and cybersecurity incident response teams in detecting and managing incidents, and the importance of cooperation in protecting critical infrastructure. A panel discussion on cybersecurity education will focus on training models and programs that foster the development of specialists and the necessary digital security skills. These topics will be interwoven with discussions on public policy and cooperation, highlighting the role of public-private partnerships and government institutions in strengthening cybersecurity. Another key topic will be regional cybersecurity in the context of the launch in mid-February of the “Regional Resilience Cyber Alliance” between the Moldovan Cybersecurity Agency, Ukraine’s National Cybersecurity Coordination Center, and Romania’s National Cybersecurity Directorate. The second day of the forum will be dedicated to practical workshops, providing participants with the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice. Industry professionals and critical infrastructure operators will take part in a special workshop presenting a guide on implementing security requirements for critical infrastructure providers. The day will conclude with a Cyber Range Exercise—training at a cyber range simulating a cyberattack and defense based on real-world scenarios. This hands-on experience will allow participants to test and develop their technical skills, practice teamwork, and apply strategies for protecting IT infrastructure. // 06.04.2026 — InfoMarket
