Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu called on members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania to invest in Moldova and implement large-scale projects
He made this statement at a meeting in Bucharest with representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham Romania), dedicated to strengthening regional economic cooperation and leveraging investment opportunities in Moldova. Alexandru Munteanu emphasized that our country offers favorable conditions for business development, including by leveraging the excellent economic relations between Moldova and Romania and the prospects offered by the country's European integration. The Prime Minister urged AmCham Romania member companies to explore Moldova's economic potential and emphasized that our countries can act as a common market for investors, capable of attracting large-scale projects. He noted that areas with high potential include information technology, infrastructure, and tourism. The discussions highlighted measures promoted by the Moldovan government to improve the investment climate, digitalize public services, modernize the economy, and integrate into the EU single market. The Prime Minister reaffirmed his commitment to continuing reforms aimed at economic growth, de-bureaucratization, and a predictable business environment.
