This was announced by the new World Bank Country Director for Moldova, Ulrich Schmitt, during a meeting with the Minister of Finance of our country, Victoria Belous. According to the Ministry of Finance, the discussions were devoted to cooperation between Moldova and the World Bank. The Minister of Finance expressed gratitude for the ongoing support of the World Bank in implementing structural reforms and modernizing key sectors of the Moldovan economy. She also emphasized the importance of projects implemented with the support of the World Bank. In turn, Ulrich Schmitt confirmed the World Bank's readiness to continue supporting the Ministry of Finance in implementing the reform program.
