Digitalization reforms and reduction of bureaucracy in Moldova will allow businesses to save 3 billion lei annually - Dumitru Alaiba
The Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization said this during a meeting with Luxembourg's Minister for Digitalization Stéphanie Obertin, noting that this money will stay with entrepreneurs and will not be spent on unnecessary documents and procedures. During the dialogue, the sides discussed Moldova's progress in the digitalization field and the positive impact these measures have had on the business environment, allowing real and significant savings. Dumitru Alaiba said that Moldovan entrepreneurs choose digitalization, and the figures speak for themselves: 86% of their interactions with the state - from receiving documents to issuing certificates - take place online. “Another project dear to us is EVO - an application that collects the most important public services in one place. We discussed how it makes the life of entrepreneurs easier and more efficient. We agreed to intensify cooperation in digitalization, because together we can make significant changes,” Dumitru Alaiba wrote on his social media page. // 07.03.2025 - InfoMarket.
