Moldova will have a state registry in the field of construction
The State Chancellery reviewed a draft government resolution approving the regulation on the procedure for maintaining the registry, as well as instructions on notification and registration in the registry. The registry will be an information resource on all economic entities operating in the construction sector: design, inspection and examination, execution of works, reconstruction, major repairs of structures, installation, adjustment, technical re-equipment of technical installations/technological systems, dismantling of structures after operation, production of materials and products for construction, etc. The creation and support of the registry will guarantee the legal status and legal activity of economic agents operating in the construction sector, inform the general public about this, and analyze risks in the field of state supervision of the construction industry. The creation and support of the registry will be provided by the National Inspectorate for Technical Supervision. // 04.03.2025 — InfoMarket
