The government approved the concept of the information system and the regulations on the procedure for its maintenance. The project is aimed at digitizing the internal activities of ODA related to the implementation of business environment support programs. The concept includes the legal basis for creating the information system, defines the functional, organizational, information technology space of the system, the procedure for ensuring the security of its use, etc. SIA ODA will register all files - from the moment of filing an application to the provision of funding or other form of support with all changes in the process. The information system will increase the efficiency of program management, ensure project monitoring, guaranteeing the security and integrity of information. It is worth noting that the information system has already been partially developed with the support of development partners. The costs of its support are estimated at 1.2 million lei per year, they will be allocated from the ODA budget.
