According to the Public Services Agency, e-signature holders can request online and receive in real time 8 electronic documents: 5 extracts from the State Register of Population - registration at the place of residence and/or temporary residence or lack thereof; issuance of identity documents or lack thereof; existence of Moldovan citizenship; loss of Moldovan citizenship; assignment of the state identification number of a natural person (IDNP); as well as 3 extracts from the State Register of Vehicle Drivers - confirmation of the right to drive vehicles, categories and issued driver's licenses; confirmation of the validity of the driver's license; confirmation of the absence of the right to drive vehicles. The new services can be accessed online both from Moldova and abroad. For this purpose, it is necessary to submit an online application for the service through the platform https://www.servicii.gov.md and to pay for the services through the state electronic payment service (Mpay). It is noted that statements requested online and received instantly in electronic format at MCabinet are 20% cheaper than documents issued on paper. Currently, the fee for extracts from the State Register of Population varies from 90 lei (processing in 10 days) to 450 lei (processing in 1 hour), and from the State Register of Vehicle Drivers - from 130 lei (processing in 10 days) to 650 lei (processing on the same day). Fixed tariffs will be applied to the electronic extract, which will be generated instantly in the personal cabinet of MCabinet citizen: 90 lei - for the extract from the State Register of Population and 100 lei - from the State Register of Drivers. If necessary, the system offers the possibility to request apostilization of documents ordered online and instantly delivered to the personal cabinet.
