The Public Services Agency has launched in pilot mode a new service - familiarization with documents from the cadastral archive.
According to the press service of the Agency, the new service is available in multifunctional centers of Chisinau, Balti and Riscani municipalities, and from 2024 it will be available in all subdivisions of the Agency. The service provides the possibility to review the technical passport of the real estate object and the cadastral file. In particular, the beneficiaries of such services will be able to get acquainted with the documentation within 20 to 60 minutes. At the same time, they will not have the right to use means of copying information on electronic media, will not be able to photograph or make video recordings of documentation, etc., but will be able to make certain notes on paper sheets. This is due to the fact that the information in such documents contains personal data, so each beneficiary of such a service will have to argue their request for this service and sign a declaration of personal responsibility and that the requested data will be used only for the specified purposes. The following persons or their representatives may use the service: the right holder indicated in the real estate documents or the party to the transaction; heir, potential heir; co-interested person - on the basis of a court opinion; person to whom the right is transferred, one of the spouses to whom the rights to joint property are recorded; liquidator, insolvency administrator; building manager, as well as state bodies with supervisory functions, prosecution authorities, members of Parliament, local public administration authorities, notary // 13.11.2023 – InfoMarket
