
On April 28, the Constitutional Court of Moldova will consider a request to review the constitutionality of the decision to declare a state of emergency in the country.
The Constitutional Court announced that it will review the constitutionality of the government's March 30 decree proposing a state of emergency in the country and a parliamentary decree of March 31 declaring a state of emergency for 60 days.
