The National Commission for Emergency Situations has kept the current regime of restrictions on the activities of catering, trade establishments, and religious cults.

The commission extended all the restrictions established by its decisions on March 19 and 26, if they do not contradict the decisions taken during the state of emergency. Accordingly, shopping centers and non-food stores will continue to work until 18:00, while food and other markets will be open from 7:00 to 15:00. Restaurants, cafes and other catering establishments can receive visitors only from 7:00 to 20:00, while food delivery is allowed for the rest of the day. There are prohibited activities of night clubs related to the activities of discos, night clubs, karaoke, disco bars; organization and holding of celebrations, weddings, kumatriy, anniversaries in catering establishments; theaters and concert halls are closed. At the same time, religious events can be held indoors, but if the number of visitors is limited, at the rate of 4 sq. m per person and subject to maintaining a distance of at least 2 meters between people.
