The Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization provided these figures, noting that these trade relations cover a wide range of goods. Among the most important goods exported from Moldova to Bulgaria are: sunflower seeds - $51.4 million (+275.6% compared to 2023), rapeseed - $13.9 million, sunflower oil - $12.9 million (+1157.4%), gas meters - $8.6 million (+43.8%), petroleum oils - $2.8 million (+206%), wires and cables - $2 million. At the same time, Moldova mainly imports the following products from Bulgaria: glass, wires and cables, cleaning and washing products, plastic packaging products (plugs, caps, and capsules), food products, etc. According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, the continued growth in trade with Bulgaria opens up more opportunities for Moldovan companies to enter the European market. At the same time, this trend reflects mutual trust and the potential for a sustainable economic partnership that benefits the economies of both countries. // 08.08.2025 – InfoMarket.
