"My Village 2022" agricultural fair will take place at Moldexpo from September 3 to October 30.

The Ministry of Agriculture informed about it, noting that agricultural producers from different regions of the country will be able to sell their products at this exposition. The Fair of Agricultural Producers "My Village 2022" (SATUL MEU - 2022) will be organized for promotion of local products, development of commercial relations and support of national agrarians. Agricultural producers, peasant farms, farmers, private farmers can participate in the fair every weekend from 09:00 to 18:00, during the whole period from September 3 to October 30, or by selecting dates. Participants can sell their products from a personal tent, directly from a van, or from facilities set up by the organizer. The agricultural fair "My Village 2022" is held under the auspices of the Government of Moldova. InfoMarkеt Agency early reported that, Moldexpo International Exhibition Center will organize wholesale and retail fairs in Chisinau and Balti to support sales of local producers. The decision was taken by the Emergency Situations Commission to ensure food safety, in the context of disrupted supply chains and loss of markets due to the war in Ukraine. Vendors will have access to the fair without submitting a notification, but on the basis of a document confirming the participation fee, issued by Moldexpo. Up to 2 million lei will be allocated from the government's Intervention Fund to cover the expenses necessary to organize and hold these fairs. Only local products will be sold at the fairs. Special places will be organized for those who want to sell in bulk, as well as places for people who have surplus products in the household. The same fairs are planned to be organized in the future in several other cities, as close as possible to the compact groups of producers, so that residents of these regions also have access to fruits and vegetables at competitive prices. // 30.08.2022 - InfoMarket
