In Moldova has been launched the government delivery service MDelivery.

The service has already been tested in 5 multifunctional centers of the Public Services Agency: in Criuleni, Balti, Leovo, Telenesti and Chisinau (subdivision No. 2). The service will ensure the physical delivery of letters and documents on public services provided directly to the apartment / house. MDelivery will create a unique platform by connecting 3 entities: the sender and recipient of public services, as well as the provider of postal services. It is noted that this platform will reduce the costs of all 3 parties involved. Thus, senders and providers of postal services will sign a single contract with the Electronic Governance Agency to gain access to MDelivery and to manage all sending of letters and documents. Users' personal data will be protected. The service has been introduced at the national level in all multifunctional centers, as well as in the diplomatic and consular missions of Moldova. The delivery service, both nationally and internationally, operates with the participation of 5 partner postal service providers: Poșta Moldovei, Nova Poshta, Muvi Express, FAN Courier and DHL. Thanks to this, citizens both on the territory of Moldova and abroad will be able to request and receive the document delivery service by following the instructions on mdelivery.gov.md. The launch of such a service was dictated by the need for a comprehensive modernization of public services, as well as the epidemiological situation provoked by the COVID-19 pandemic. With MDelivery, crowds can be avoided and physical contact between people will be kept to a minimum.
