In Moldova, agricultural enterprises specializing in the cultivation of grapes, fruits and vegetables can receive funding of up to 5 million euros for business digitization.
This was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture, noting that the money is allocated within the framework of the "Garden of Moldova" project. The term of the loan is a maximum of 10 years, with a grace period of up to 4 years. Tax incentives, application of a zero VAT rate and import exemptions are provided through exemption from taxes and customs procedures and excises on the import of equipment or services. As noted in the Garden of Moldova project, the digitalization of the enterprise makes it possible to better organize work and facilitate it. The summary information obtained from the fields using online platforms contains an archive of satellite images for several years, data on weather, precipitation, soil moisture, agricultural work, the amount of chemicals, fertilizers applied, etc. From any gadget, specialists can keep a strict record of land. You can follow the work in the gardens directly from your phone. Thanks to this system, you can monitor the status of crops and see all plantations in real time. This helps to plan more efficiently and makes it easier to predict plantation yields. Satellite images make it possible to determine areas of uneven development of plants, to study the influence of relief on the development of horticultural crops. Agricultural machinery can also be tracked where it is located, what work it does, fuel consumption. Within the framework of the project, the minimum amount of investment allocations is 5 thousand euros. Loans up to 5 million euros are available. // 20.06.2023 — InfoMarket
