According to the Agency for Interventions and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA), funds were allocated from the National Fund for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Environment for the following categories: post-investment subsidies - 717 million lei; advance subsidies for the development of start-up projects - 13 million lei; advance subsidies to improve the level of work in rural areas - 40 million lei; direct payments for livestock - 49 million lei. It is noted that advance subsidies for the first half of 2022 were used for 117 projects, namely: 77 rural development projects and 40 start-up development projects. Recall that in 2022 the fund's budget is 1 billion 750 million lei. Agricultural producers, local governments of the first level and economic entities engaged in non-agricultural activities, but who make investments in accordance with the eligibility criteria established by the Law on the Principles of Subsidizing the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas, as well as a number of regulatory documents in the field of subsidies, are eligible to receive a subsidy .
