After analyzing materials provided by Energocom, the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) will present its draft of new regulated prices for natural gas supplies to Moldovan consumers
ANRE reported that it had received a request from the state-owned company Energocom regarding the review and approval of new regulated prices for natural gas supply to certain categories of end consumers as part of its public service obligation. In accordance with the provisions of the law on transparency in the decision-making process, the request, along with the relevant materials, was published on the ANRE website. ANRE specialists are currently reviewing the materials and calculations submitted by Energocom. Once the analysis is complete, the energy regulator will develop and publish its own draft decision for public consultations in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on transparency in the decision-making process. ANRE calls on all interested parties—including consumers, industry operators, business representatives, industry associations, and civil society—to review the published materials and submit proposals or comments as part of the public consultation process. The feedback received will be analyzed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on transparency in the decision-making process. // 16.07.2026 — InfoMarket
